Office Assistant
Provide administrative support to the office staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies. Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and data entry. Manage office filing systems and maintain accurate records. Monitor and order office supplies as needed. Greet visitors and provide them with information or direct them to the appropriate person. Assist with event planning and coordination. Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing documents. Prior experience is not required but candidates must have strong organizational skills and be proficient in basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office. This position is open to Indian nationals preferably residing in Nizwa. Salary: 1200$ per month.
