Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel in Gujrat. You will work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and maintain relationships with existing clients. Your main goal will be to increase occupancy rates and revenue through effective sales techniques and excellent customer service. This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential customers
- Conduct site visits and tours for potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Attend industry events to network and promote the hotel
- Monitor competition and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the hotel industry and market trends
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management (preferred)
