Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager


We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a luxurious hotel in Gujrat. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract and retain clients, as well as increasing revenue for the hotel. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided and open to all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the hotel's revenue goals
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships to generate leads
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Create attractive packages and promotions to entice new clients and retain existing ones
- Manage the sales team and provide training, guidance, and support as needed
- Participate in trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel's offerings
- Prepare reports on sales activities, revenue generation, and market trends for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team
- Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month plus commission based on performance. Accommodation is provided by the company. Candidates must have their own visa or be willing to obtain one.
