House Manager (Malayalee) in Abu Dhabi

We are hiring a House Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a private residence in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee with proficiency in English and able to work without previous experience. This position does not include accommodation, so candidates must already have their own visa and housing arrangements in place.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise household staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Create and maintain household budgets for groceries, supplies, and other expenses
- Coordinate and oversee repairs and maintenance of the residence
- Plan and organize events or gatherings hosted at the residence
- Ensure the security of the residence at all times
- Maintain inventory of household items and coordinate purchases as needed
- Handle any special requests or tasks requested by the employer

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Malayalam is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing staff in a household setting
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency with budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of household maintenance and repairs preferred but not required
- Must already have own visa and housing arrangements in Abu Dhabi

Salary: 1700$ per month (tax-free)
