Administrative Assistant
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al-Khor. As an Indian national, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our team. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1500$. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and be able to work independently. Accommodation will also be provided for the selected candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and organizing office records, documents and files
- Maintaining and updating employee records
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinating travel arrangements for team members
- Assisting with budget tracking and expense reports
- Handling incoming calls and emails
- Providing general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
