Warehouse Manager (Indian Nationals)

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods to customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing merchandise
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are accurately recorded and processed
- Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy
- Develop and implement warehouse procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor employee productivity and performance, providing feedback as necessary
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods
- Identify areas for improvement within the warehouse operations and implement solutions to increase efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and logistics
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in computer systems, including inventory management software
- Ability to lead a team effectively with strong leadership skills
- Proven track record of meeting targets and deadlines
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible hours when needed
