Indian Executive Chef in Ajman
We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Ajman. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.
Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality with excellent English communication skills
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to create innovative dishes while maintaining the authenticity of traditional Indian recipes
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience with budget management and cost control
- Accommodation will be provided
As an Executive Chef, you will:
- Develop new menus and dishes according to seasonal availability and customer preferences
- Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and control food costs through efficient ordering and portion control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to plan events and special menus
