Job Title: Personal Trainer


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness plans and providing one-on-one training sessions for clients of all fitness levels. You must have excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of exercise techniques and nutrition, and the ability to motivate and inspire individuals to reach their fitness goals. Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments for new clients to determine their current fitness level and set goals
- Design customized workout plans based on individual needs, preferences, and limitations
- Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Provide ongoing guidance, support, and motivation to clients during training sessions
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to training plans as needed
- Educate clients on proper nutrition habits to support their fitness goals
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment at all times

Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, and nutrition
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to create challenging yet achievable workout plans for individuals of all fitness levels
- Passion for health and wellness with a positive attitude
- Must be fluent in English
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Salary: $1500 per month
