Milling Machine Operator

We are searching for a skilled and experienced Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating milling machines to produce high-quality precision parts according to specifications. You must have a strong understanding of machine operations and be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role. Experience with CNC machines and knowledge of programming is preferred.

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Dubrovnik, Croatia

Responsibilities:

- Setup and operate milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production
- Ensure all safety guidelines are followed at all times
- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance tasks

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a milling machine operator or similar role
- Strong understanding of machine operations
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints and schematics
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of CNC machines and programming preferred
