Architectural Designer - Chelyabinsk, Russia



As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing functional and aesthetically pleasing structures and spaces. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to bring their visions to life. Your attention to detail, creativity, and technical skills will be crucial in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design preferences
- Develop detailed architectural plans, including blueprints and 3D models
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance and safety
- Work closely with engineers to integrate structural requirements into designs
- Coordinate with contractors during construction to ensure designs are executed accurately
- Continuously monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Use software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite to create designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design or a related role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus)

Salary: $1400 per month

This is a full-time position based in Chelyabinsk. However, we are open to considering remote work for the right candidate.
