Architectural Designer

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing designs for various construction projects. You will work closely with clients and collaborate with other team members to bring their visions to life.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural designs and blueprints using AutoCAD or other design software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and preferences
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for design development
- Ensure all designs meet building codes, safety regulations, and client specifications
- Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to clients and team members
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from clients, engineers, and contractors
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design or a similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials
- Excellent communication skills in Russian (English proficiency is a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
