Accountant for a Financial Services Company in Chelyabinsk, Russia

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our financial services company in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing budgets, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Prepare budgets and forecasts based on historical data
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding financial matters

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software programs (such as QuickBooks)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Russian language skills preferred)
- Knowledge of Russian tax laws is a plus

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Chelyabinsk (candidates must be willing to relocate)
