Formworker (Indian candidates preferred) in Utena, Lithuania


We are searching for a skilled Formworker to join our construction team in Utena. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating and installing formwork for concrete structures, ensuring they are strong and durable. You will work closely with the rest of the construction team to follow blueprints and accurately measure and cut materials. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in formwork construction, but we are also open to candidates without experience who are eager to learn and grow in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Construct formwork for concrete structures according to blueprints and specifications
- Measure and cut materials accurately
- Install formwork using hand tools or power tools
- Ensure all formwork is strong and durable
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Collaborate with other construction workers to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- Proven experience in formwork construction preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Good understanding of mathematics and measurements
- Physical strength and stamina to work on your feet for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1600 per month. We also provide accommodation for our employees. Indian candidates who already have a valid work visa for Lithuania are preferred, but we are open to assisting with obtaining the necessary visa for the right candidate.
