Mason - Construction Worker



As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining structures made of brick, stone, concrete blocks, and other materials. You will work closely with the construction team to ensure that projects are completed on time and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Lay and align bricks, blocks or stones to build walls or structures
- Mix mortar or grout according to standard formulas
- Cut or break bricks, stones or blocks to the desired size
- Spread mortar between joints using a trowel and smooth out the excess
- Clean excess mortar from the surface of the completed structure
- Repair damaged structures by replacing broken or missing bricks, stones or blocks
- Use hand and power tools such as hammers, chisels, saws and levels
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason in construction projects
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of construction materials and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow building plans
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1000/month

Location: Atlanta (Candidates from India preferred)
