As a Concierge in Malindi, Kenya, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your main duties will include assisting guests with their requests and inquiries, making reservations for local attractions and restaurants, and ensuring that all guest needs are met during their stay.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. You should also have strong knowledge of the local area and be able to recommend activities and places of interest to guests. Additionally, you must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and have a problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle all guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Make reservations for local attractions, restaurants, and other services as requested by guests
- Provide information about the local area, including directions to nearby attractions
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone or email in a timely manner
- Ensure that all guest needs are met during their stay
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests
- Keep track of guest preferences and special requests for future visits

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Friendly demeanor and ability to interact with people from different backgrounds
- Strong knowledge of the local area and ability to recommend activities and places of interest to guests
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Salary: 1200$ per month (plus tips)
