Concierge Assistant
Location: Malindi, Kenya
Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable)


We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, assisting with their needs and inquiries, and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about local attractions, events and services
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other activities as requested by guests
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that guest requests are fulfilled
- Respond to any guest complaints or concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk area
- Keep updated records of guest information and preferences

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (Swahili or other local language is a plus)
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work well under pressure
