Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Shan, India. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet all safety and quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the design and construction process for multiple projects
- Oversee a team of architects and provide guidance and support as needed
- Ensure that all projects meet safety, quality, and budget requirements
- Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, procurement, and finance to ensure timely completion of projects
- Develop project plans and timelines, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments
- Review designs and provide feedback to ensure compliance with local regulations
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed
- Keep updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Extensive knowledge of architecture principles, building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in project management software
Salary: 1100$ per month
City: Shan (Indian nationality preferred)
