Sales Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Indian candidates preferred)


We are currently hiring for the position of Sales Manager in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our sales team and ensuring that they meet their targets. Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
- Conduct market research to identify potential growth areas
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Train and mentor new members of the sales team

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Indian market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing successful teams
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month along with attractive incentives based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. We prefer Indian candidates who are currently living in Qatar or willing to relocate.
