Debt Collection Specialist

We are hiring a Debt Collection Specialist to join our team in Pula. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting individuals and businesses to collect overdue payments. You will negotiate payment plans, monitor payment schedules, and maintain accurate records of all collection activities. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Contact individuals and businesses to collect outstanding debts
- Negotiate payment plans and terms with debtors
- Monitor payment schedules and follow up on missed payments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities
- Communicate with clients regarding delinquent accounts
- Provide excellent customer service while resolving payment issues
- Adhere to all state and federal debt collection laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in debt collection or related field preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle difficult situations professionally
- Proficient in basic computer software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Must be fluent in Arabic (for Egyptian candidates) or have legal authorization to work in Croatia (for foreign candidates)
