We are hiring a Collector to join our team in Pula, Croatia! As a Collector, you will be responsible for managing and collecting payments from clients. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact.

Responsibilities:
- Contact clients to discuss overdue payments and arrange payment plans
- Monitor payment agreements and follow up with clients as needed
- Update client records and maintain accurate documentation of collections activity
- Handle escalated inquiries or complaints from clients regarding payments
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues that may impact payment collection
- Meet individual and team targets for collections performance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Previous experience in collections or customer service is an asset, but not required

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. This position does not require any previous experience or specific qualifications.
