QA Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our dynamic team in Vilnius. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality and functionality of our software products through testing and analysis. This is a full-time role with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts to ensure software meets quality standards
- Identify, record, and thoroughly document defects and issues found during testing
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes of issues and suggest solutions
- Perform regression testing to ensure previously identified issues have been resolved
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of software development processes
- Experience with manual testing techniques, test case design, and bug tracking systems
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Vilnius (visa sponsorship available)
