QA Engineer


A reputable software development company in Vilnius is seeking a skilled and experienced QA Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through various testing methods. Your main duties will include developing and executing test cases, identifying and reporting bugs, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ with accommodation provided. Indians are preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test cases based on project requirements
- Identify and report bugs using issue tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Conduct regression testing to ensure fixes do not cause new bugs
- Continuously improve testing processes and strategies
- Communicate with project managers and stakeholders regarding testing progress and results

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methods, and tools
- Experience with automated testing tools is an asset
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
