Construction Project Manager


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Vilnius. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$. We welcome Filipino applicants who are fluent in English and have a passion for construction.

Key responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects within budget and timeline
- Hire and manage subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage project budgets and provide cost analysis reports
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being done according to plans and specifications
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Vilnius (preferred)
- Fluent in English (required)
- Filipinos residing in Vilnius (preferred)
