Nepali Baker - Part Time (Akron, OH)



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nepali Baker to join our team on a part-time basis in Akron, OH. As a Nepali Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious and traditional baked goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries, and desserts according to traditional Nepali recipes
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistency and quality
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked at the correct temperature and time
- Decorate and present finished products in an appealing manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new recipes or improve existing ones

Requirements:
- Must be of Nepali nationality or have experience in Nepali baking techniques
- Previous experience as a Baker is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule with availability for part-time shifts including mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Passion for baking with attention to detail

Salary: $1000/month (based on experience)
