Merchandiser - Eldoret, Kenya


Our company is seeking a motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and stocked correctly in retail stores, while also monitoring sales and analyzing market trends.

Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores regularly to check product placement and stock levels
- Negotiate with store managers to secure prime shelf space for our products
- Create eye-catching displays to attract customers and increase sales
- Monitor sales performance and suggest strategies for improvement
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with store owners/managers and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Own transportation is required

Salary:
Starting salary of $1200 USD per month with potential for growth based on performance.
