Freelance Translator (Izhevsk, Russia)


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Freelance Translator to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Freelance Translator, you will be responsible for translating written documents and verbal communications from Russian to English and vice versa. This position is open to all nationalities, but fluency in both Russian and English is required.

Responsibilities:
- Translate written documents such as contracts, reports, and correspondence from Russian to English and vice versa
- Interpret verbal communications in real-time during meetings or phone calls
- Ensure accuracy and cultural sensitivity in all translations
- Edit and proofread translated materials for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
- Collaborate with other translators or team members on large projects
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality translations

Requirements:
- Fluency in both Russian and English; knowledge of any other language(s) is a plus
- Proven experience as a translator or interpreter
- Excellent command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation in both languages
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with translation software or tools is preferred

Salary: $1200 per month (USD)
Location: Izhevsk, Russia (remote work allowed)
Experience: Previous experience as a translator or interpreter is required.
