Indian Executive Chef in Vilnius, Lithuania
We are searching for a skilled and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Vilnius. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating and implementing new menus, and ensuring top-quality food and service for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Create and implement new menus that showcase traditional Indian cuisine while incorporating local ingredients
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food quality and service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Lithuanian language skills is a plus)
- Must have legal authorization to work in Lithuania
