Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook traditional Indian dishes according to recipes
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef
- Extensive knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Ability to create unique and innovative dishes while maintaining authenticity
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a kitchen setting

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this position.
