Sales Representative


We are a leading company in the sales and distribution of consumer goods, looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase our market share.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory
- Fluent in English (Swahili is an added advantage)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Kenya

Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products to potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share
- Achieve sales targets set by the company
- Participate in product training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer complaints or concerns promptly
- Prepare weekly reports on sales activities, results, and challenges faced

Salary:
1500$ per month (including commission)

Contract Type:
Full-time, 6 months contract (with possibility of extension)
