Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing displays to showcase our products in stores
- Monitor stock levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment
- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions about product placement
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective merchandising strategies
- Conduct store visits to ensure that all products are properly displayed according to company standards
- Train store staff on product features and benefits to increase sales
- Participate in market research activities to gain insights into customer preferences
- Assist with planning and execution of marketing events or promotions
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and sales data

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
- 2+ years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and best practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- Willingness to travel for store visits and market research purposes
