Job Title: Merchandiser Specialist



We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Merchandiser Specialist to join our team in Balzers. As a Merchandiser Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the overall visual presentation and display of our products in retail stores. This position requires someone with a strong eye for design, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and increase brand awareness
- Create visually appealing displays that showcase our products in an attractive and organized manner
- Collaborate with store managers to ensure proper placement of merchandise according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Conduct regular store visits to assess display effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, making recommendations for improvements as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in visual merchandising or related role
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and sales techniques
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or SketchUp
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with store managers and staff
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this full time position.

We welcome all nationalities for this role, but preference will be given to Indian applicants. English language proficiency is not required for this position. We also welcome applicants without prior experience as we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.
