We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. We are a reputable coffee shop known for our high-quality coffee and exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers by preparing and serving various coffee drinks and other beverages.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take orders and make recommendations based on customer preferences
- Prepare and serve coffee drinks such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee shop at all times
- Follow proper food safety and hygiene procedures
- Handle cash transactions using the POS system
- Restock supplies as needed
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Train new employees on coffee making techniques and customer service standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different coffee types and brewing techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
