We are in need of a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Medina. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks and repairs around our facility. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of our facility to identify any maintenance needs.
- Perform general repairs such as fixing plumbing issues, repairing electrical systems, and patching walls.
- Install new equipment or fixtures as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner.
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for maintenance tasks.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills.

Preferable:
- Prior experience working in a facility or commercial setting.
- Biometric passport for easy access to the facility.
