Facade Designer/Architect
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Facade Designer/Architect to join our team in Remish. As a Facade Designer/Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of building exteriors, including facades, windows, and other architectural elements. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their vision and requirements for building exteriors
- Design and develop detailed plans for facades, windows, and other exterior elements
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create accurate blueprints and models
- Select appropriate materials and finishes for each project, taking into account cost, durability, and aesthetic appeal
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are executed accurately and according to specifications
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and make any necessary adjustments or modifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as a Facade Designer/Architect or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of building materials, construction processes, and local building codes
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
