Job Title: Project Manager - Akron, OH, USA (Indian Nationals Preferred)

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate project updates to team members and stakeholders
- Manage project resources effectively to ensure maximum efficiency
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to track progress and address any issues or concerns
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards as defined by the company
- Oversee project documentation and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve project objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- PMP certification is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Indian nationality preferred
