Office Assistant
We are in search of a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position is suitable for men who are looking for English speaking jobs without experience and accommodation. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate staff members
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and payments
- Draft correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluency in English is a must; fluency in other languages is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Willingness to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities as needed
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
Location:
This job is located in Al-Kuwait. While preference will be given to Indian candidates who are currently residing in the area, all qualified applicants will be considered.
