IT Manager

As an Information Technology Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the organization's information technology infrastructure. This includes maintaining and upgrading hardware and software systems, managing network security, and providing technical support to staff members. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, and strategies to meet the organization's technological needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the organization's IT operations, including hardware and software systems, network security, and technical support.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and strategies to meet the organization's technological needs.
- Manage the organization's technology budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for upgrades or new systems.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution to ensure minimal downtime.
- Work closely with other departments to identify their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Develop disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures or cyber attacks.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of information technology systems, networks, security protocols, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Chelyabinsk (Filipino candidates preferred)

Salary: $1800/month
