Construction Project Manager


We are currently hiring a Construction Project Manager to join our team in Washington. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams and stakeholders, ensuring project timelines and budget are met, and ensuring quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project plans are feasible and meet all requirements
- Develop project timelines and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on job sites
- Manage project budgets and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget constraints
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and any changes in plans or scope of work
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or questions they may have

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, equipment, codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various teams
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1500 per month
