Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team in Multan. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various construction projects. This is a contract job without accommodation, suitable for men with a biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create 2D and 3D drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Select appropriate materials and finishes for each project
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective
- Revise designs based on feedback from clients or project managers
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies
- Visit construction sites to oversee the implementation of designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven work experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication and time management skills

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Multan, Pakistan
