Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages considered a plus)
- Friendly and outgoing personality with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required
