Seasonal Concierge in Gujrat, India



As a seasonal Concierge in Gujrat, India, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests. In this fast-paced and dynamic position, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their needs and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This is a temporary position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist them with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other activities
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are clean and well-stocked
- Assist with luggage handling and delivery to guest rooms
- Monitor the lobby area for cleanliness and orderliness
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures to answer guest questions accurately
- Communicate any issues or concerns to the management team

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Proven experience as a Concierge or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options

Compensation:
This is a seasonal position with a salary of 1500$ per month. Accommodation will be provided on-site.
