As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance policies to clients in Riyadh. You will need to have strong communication and persuasion skills to effectively explain the benefits of different insurance options and convince clients to purchase policies. Your main duties will include identifying potential clients, developing and maintaining relationships with them, conducting needs assessments, and presenting suitable insurance solutions. You will also be responsible for processing policy applications, collecting premiums, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to meet sales targets. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required. This is a commission-based position with a starting salary of $1600 per month plus incentives for meeting or exceeding sales targets.
