We are a well-established bakery in Doha and we are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to traditional and modern recipes. You will also be responsible for measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, and monitoring baking times.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed.
- Shape dough into different forms before baking.
- Decorate cakes and pastries with icing or other toppings.
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and equipment.
- Ensure all baked goods are of high quality and meet our standards.
- Keep work area clean and sanitized at all times.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to plan special orders or catering events.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role.
- Knowledge of various baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Creativity in decorating cakes and pastries.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays.
- Good time management skills to ensure timely delivery of baked goods.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays if needed.

Salary: 1000$ per month
