Machine Learning Engineer (Malayalee/Nepali)


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in St-Petersburg on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to support our company's data-driven initiatives. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will work closely with our data scientists and software engineers to ensure the accuracy, scalability, and efficiency of our machine learning systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and implement solutions
- Conduct data exploration, cleansing, preprocessing, and feature engineering
- Train, test, validate and optimize models using various statistical methods
- Implement machine learning pipelines for real-time processing of large datasets
- Monitor model performance and make necessary improvements to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate findings and results to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python or Java for developing machine learning models
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
- Experience with popular machine learning libraries such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Familiarity with SQL databases for data manipulation and extraction
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively about solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark
- Knowledge of natural language processing techniques for text analysis tasks
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
