Industrial Architect - Ufa, Russia


As an Industrial Architect in Ufa, Russia, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your role will involve collaborating with engineers and construction teams to create functional and efficient structures that meet the needs of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop plans for industrial buildings, including factories, warehouses, and other facilities
- Work closely with engineers to ensure structural integrity and compliance with building codes
- Collaborate with construction teams to oversee the implementation of design plans
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate them into design plans
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD or Revit to create 3D models of proposed designs
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to ensure designs are modern and cost-effective

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, contractors, and clients
- Strong communication skills in Russian (English proficiency is a plus)

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.
