Plasterboard Worker



Our company is currently seeking a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Akron. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and finishing plasterboard on walls and ceilings to create a smooth and even surface. This position requires experience in the construction industry, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit walls and ceilings
- Install plasterboard using screws or nails
- Apply joint compound and tape over seams between panels
- Smooth out compound using trowels or other tools
- Sand down rough spots and imperfections for a smooth finish
- Repair damaged areas in plasterboard as needed
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Plasterboard Worker or similar role in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and carry heavy materials as needed
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid work permit for Indian nationals preferred

We offer competitive salary of $1500 per month with opportunities for growth within the company. We also provide free visa sponsorship and airfare for eligible candidates. This is a full-time position with potential for overtime hours.
