Office Manager for Malayalees in Malindi, Kenya
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Malindi. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This role is specifically for Malayalees living in Malindi or willing to relocate to Malindi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall administrative and clerical functions of the office
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of tasks by office staff
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss any issues or concerns
- Order office supplies and equipment as needed
- Provide support to senior management as required
Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee living in Malindi or willing to relocate to Malindi.
- Proven work experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage a team of employees from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Malayalam language is preferred but not required.
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
