Cashier (English-Speaking) for a Retail Store in Doha, Qatar


We are hiring a Cashier for a retail store in Doha, Qatar. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling all cash transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a cashier and be fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with information on products and services
- Scan items, process payments, and issue receipts
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Ensure the store's cash register is balanced at the end of each shift
- Keep the checkout area clean and organized

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a cashier preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. The store operates from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, so candidates must be willing to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
