As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$.

Requirements:
- Experience in sales management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with the Ajman market
- Nepali nationality preferred
- Fluency in English
- Valid UAE driver's license

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support as needed
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly
