Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ajman. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue. You will lead a team of sales professionals and work closely with them to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and keep up-to-date with industry trends
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Train and mentor new members of the sales team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Valid work permit for Ajman
